MFLO Selfie Stick Review

I'm new to the Selfie Stick world, and I'm glad I'm here. I'm a huge photo junkie, and love taking pictures of anything and everything. I'm always behind the camera though. Always taking photos of others, resulting in no photos of myself.

I was selected to review the MFLO selfie stick, and was eager to do so. The MFLO selfie stick became a huge part of our Easter celebration, and I'm so happy to report that I am in a quite a few photos this year. This selfie stick is strong and sturdy. It gets an A+ for construction. I did find though that once I pull out the stick as far as possible, that as soon as I try to push it back into itself, it does get stuck, and makes it difficult to retract the arm. Other than that, the build of the product is great. 

This selfie stick is compatible with most all devices, because it does not need a bluetooth connection. It has a 3.5mm audio cable connectivity, which means you do not need to pair it to your bluetooth. It has a built in shutter button, which makes it easy to take pictures right on the stick. It is lightweight, only weighing in at less than half a pound, and fits right in your bag. It is perfect for traveling, or vlogging, and great to take on trips. You no longer have to worry about asking a complete stranger to take a picture for you, and risking the loss of your camera or phone. I've heard horror stories about people having their devices stolen when they ask someone to take a picture for them. Not anymore! With this selfie stick, you don't have to worry about handing your device to a thief.

I have owned several USB reading lights. Lights I use quite often to light my keyboard when I'm typing. Not only for that, but I use them to do my nails, do my makeup, and even do small crafts at my desk. Of all the lights I've owned though, this one has got to be the best one I've ever used.

This light is perfect for any home or office. Like I said, I use it to do many small desk tasks, that require precise lighting, or just to illuminate my keyboard. I was very impressed by it's lighting power. I was also quite impressed with the construction of the light. It's strong and sturdy, and even after re-positioning it so many times, it still has a great strong feel to it. With other lights that I have owned, after re-positioning them so much, the gooseneck has detached from the light or the USB, leaving them dangling by the wires.

Little Cosmetics Pretend Makeup Review + Giveaway

I have the cutest niece ever. She's sweet, she's spunky, and she's the girliest of all girls, I've ever met. From tutu's and high heels, to purses, and sunglasses. She loves all things girly. Her favorite of all though, is makeup. Her favorite of course has always been the expensive items her mom has in her vanity. Often times my niece would walk out after sneaking some makeup looking like a cute little clown. The mess she'd make, and the difficulty it was to remove the lipstick from her cheeks and foundation from her lips has always been the worst part. We've tried kid makeup, but it's just as messy, and comes in packaging so cheap, that it was just never worth it.

Her favorite was the face powder with the shatterproof mirror, because it looked almost identical to the one she'd swipe from he mom's purse from time to time.

I was fortunate enough to receive the Neutrogena Naturals Wipes VoxBox, courtesy of Influenster.
Receiving this box meant, that I'd be taking the Wipe For Water Challenge on Neutrogena's website, and I was eager to accept the challenge.

For each wipe for water pledge, Neutrogena is donating $1.00 to The Nature Conservancy, to conserve water. I personally chose to pledge 7 days, and share the impact I made with my water savings.  The challenge is to use nothing but your Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes without using any water. You must wash off your makeup without the use of water.   I was actually a bit worried to commit, because I thought my face would feel dirty after using these wipes, and I was afraid I would leave dirt on my skin, causing my pores to clog, and all those other horrible fears one has when they don't properly wash their face.
