It's no secret that Minecraft has become a sort of phenomenon amongst our youth. It's everywhere, and quite frankly it's something I will never understand. My girl, is a huge fan. She plays on her iPad, her PS3 and on her cell phone, any time I give her the go-ahead to play. It's usually on a reward basis. If she brings home good grades, does her chores, helps with her sister, is kind and respectful, etc.
When i asked her if she would like to see this "Cool Minecraft Avatars" E-Book, she was obviously excited to check it out. The book was short, and simple. It had few pictures, and a funny little story.

Even though my daughter did love it. She was a little put off by the fact that this isn't actually something that is available in the Minecraft world. She still has it downloaded and I still catch her looking through the characters. So that tells me it's something enteraining for her and other young kids. Even though I don't understand this book, nor the Minecraft game itself, I do like that my girl does enjoy it, as she did this book.
