I'm such a light sleeper. I have so much trouble even getting to sleep at night. I toss and turn, and I can't seem to just get enough sleep to keep me energized throughout the next day. I have tried other sleeping masks before, just some masks that I've found at dollar stores, at Wal-Mart, etc. But they always slipped off my head, with their tiny elastic, nonadjustable, straps. I found myself waking up just to put the darn things back on.

When I saw the Sleep Tight Masks, and was approved for review. I just couldn't wait to get my hands on them. Being as they come in a 2 pack, it really saved me from fighting for it with my husband. Both he and I put our new masks to use immediately that night, and we're both loving them. 

The Sleep Tight Masks come with a draw string bag each mask for safe keeping. This is especially handy if you travel a lot. They'll be sure to keep your masks safe. They also come with 2 sets of ear plugs, which also come in their own hard plastic see through cases. Again, if you're traveling, these would be perfect for drowning out any outside noise, such as those you might hear in an airplane, or in a loud vehicle on a road trip.

The outside of the masks are made of a soft velvet material. The inside has two dent mark for your eyes, that eliminate any facial marks other masks often leave behind. They also have a thin layer of fabric on the bottom of the masks, which helps block out any light that tries to peak its way through to bother your slumber. The straps on the back are made of the highest quality Velcro I have ever encountered. It's so strong, that it's actually a bit difficult to pry apart. This is good though, because Velcro tends to lose it's ability to stick after a few times, so this one is sure to last. The overall construction of these sleep masks is top of the line, super high quality. They are over sized which helps in easily covering your face to let you sleep well. They are cushiony, and comfortable, and just over all perfect for people like me, who have so much trouble sleeping.

Dream Essentials Sweet Sleep Sleeping Mask Review

I am a light sleeper. On top of being a light sleeper, I have a lot of trouble falling asleep at night. I can be awake for several hours at night, before the Sandman finally pays me a visit. When I was selected to review this product for free, in exchange for my honest review, I was quite excited. I go through sleeping masks like I go through water. I'm always buying your basic thin elastic strap masks, you find at the dollar stores, or at Wal-Mart, that tend to stretch over time, and lose their purpose.

I had never tried a contoured mask before receiving this one. So naturally, I was looking forward to trying it out. I opened my package before I even got home. I sat in my truck to examine the contents of my package. One, contoured sleeping mask, one package of basic ear plugs, and one drawstring carry pouch. Sadly, the ear plugs stayed in the truck, which my husband decided to use at work, and the drawstring pouch is no where to be found. Either way, great items to have with a mask such as this one.

I was so tired before getting home, that when I finally arrived, I told my husband I was taking a nap. I still had about 3 hours before I had to cook dinner, so I had plenty of time to take a mini nap. That's when I tried my mask out for the first time. As soon as I put it on, all went dark. The tight fit of the thick elastic Velcro straps, which I tightened to fit around my head, provided a bit of pressure around my head alleviating a little headache I had. The mask sits flushed on my face comfortably, so it's the perfect size.

I overslept. Hubby was kinda glad to see that I had taken a lengthy nap, because I get very little sleep at night. He asked me how long I took to fall asleep, because our neighbor decided to play his drums around the same time I went to lay down. Funny thing is, is that I NEVER heard my neighbor. I didn't even have the ear plugs on because they were in the truck. I fell asleep so quickly and so comfortably, that I slept through the drumming.

I've been using my mask for a few weeks now. I can honestly say that this is by far my favorite, and most comfortable mask that I've ever used. It is light weight, soft, and the contoured area around the eyes, make me sleep so comfortably. There's even extra padding around the eyebrow area that presses nicely above my eyelids, making me sleep so comfortably.

At times, I do notice that a tiny bit of light creeps in around the nose area, but with a few tugs, and adjustments of the mask, I can get the light blocked out. I also love that it stays in place throughout the night, and doesn't slip up from behind my head. It's so SO very comfortable. And I'm getting so much more sleep.
