I'll be honest. The Samsung Galaxy S5 is not my favorite phone. In fact, the screen started cracking today, and I can't figure out why. It's been hard to love this phone, especially with all the flaws it has. Although it isn't my favorite phone, I am still attached to it. I am on it so much throughout the day, and find that my battery dies quicker and quicker each time.

I'm constantly plugging it in, to keep it charged. and I'm always needing to carry an extra cord with me to charge it on the go. I always hated taking my stock cord, because I felt that was the best one for me, and I needed to keep it safe at home, where it wouldn't mess up.

I started using the That is just Genius brand of charger for the Galaxy S5, and have found that though it's not as powerful as the stock charger that came with my cell phone at purchase, it still gets the job done. It works well, and transfers data for me when I want to upload something to my laptop.

Their listing on Amazon does say that you can fully charge your phone in 2-3 hours. This isn't fast enough for me, because of what I mentioned before, I use my phone a whole lot. So I needed it to charge faster than 2-3 hours.

I do like having this as a back up cord. It's actually become my bedside charger, because I can let it charge overnight, when my phone isn't in use.
