I can not tell you how much I absolutely love the Magic Balloons Self Tying Water Balloons. They are so much fun to play with, and I can not get enough of them. Not only me, but if you could only see how amazed my little ones are, when they see them filling with water, and then pop off. It truly is Magic.

These balloons come with 3 water balloon bunches, which have teeny tiny tubes, that are inserted into each balloon. There are a total of 111 balloons with the 3 bunches. Once you attach a bunch to the water hose, they fill up so quickly.

I would suggest placing them as low to the ground as possible, so there isn't any premature popping off of the balloons. If they're hanging in the air, they will pop off once they are heavy enough, which isn't at an ideal size for breaking when you throw them. If you place them on the ground or a flat surface, they fill with more water, making them easier to pop.

After they pop off, it's non stop fun. Tossing them at each other, or in the air is so much fun. We love tossing them into tall trees with lots of branches, causing a mini rain shower. It can be so amazing. The fun does not have to stop here, though. This set of magic balloons self tying water balloons also comes with 222 extra balloons, and ties to refill the bunch of tiny tube adapters. You get 333 balloons total.

Attaching the refill balloons and ties can be tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier and easier. We are enjoying these so much, and can not get over how much fun we have with these. They cut out all the hard work you do when you have to sit and tie each balloon individually.

Balloon Monsoon Self Tying Water Balloon Kit and Refills.

I LOVE playing with water balloons with my little ones. It's a weekend thing, out on my parents ranch. I sit by the water faucet, and tie balloon after balloon until I just can't do it anymore. My fingers prune so bad, and I find myself hurting around my fingers, where the rubber from the balloons wants to cut into my pruned skin. It's always so hard to quit making balloons, because the kids are always left wanting more.

With Balloon Monsoons Self Tying Water Balloons, it cuts out the prep time, and cuts back on the pain my fingers experience when filling and tying traditional water balloons. Not only this, but the kids can fill them themselves without my help. All that is needed, is a faucet or hose that fits in the water balloon filler. They all work, to be honest. Screw it tight, and turn on the water.

My one biggest piece of advice would be for you to keep the balloons on ground while they fill. Do not let them float above a flat surface, or they will pop off prematurely, with the smallest amount of water weight, and won't be as fun to use, because they'll be too small to pop. Oh, one other bit of advice... BUY EXTRAS!!!

Which brings me to my next topic... The Balloon Monsoon refill kit. I had no idea this existed. I thought you always had to purchase the entire kit over and over, until I saw this refill kit. Now, I'll admit it isn't the easiest thing to do. It requires a lot of time, and trial & error. You will pop or tear through quite a few of the balloons, but I do believe this is why the refill kit comes with 500 pieces of balloons, and 500 pieces of ties.

I used a stick, to push the rubber bands over the balloon on each tube, but when you push the rubber band over the balloon on the tube, it tends to stretch the balloon almost to the point of tearing through the  balloon. So you have to be very careful when pushing them in. I ripped so many, but I'm getting better. It's definitely worth having around. You can do as I do, and refill the tubes throughout the week, so that you can have them ready for the weekend.

Overall this is a fantastic self sealing water balloon kit, and refill kit.  I highly recommend them for your kids, or as a gift for any kid. They are fun, and really awesome to use. My kids and I are enjoying them to so much, and can't wait to get our hands on more.

Practico Outdoors Extra Large Picnic Blanket Review

With the horrible weather we'd been having in Texas, it was hard to get this thing out for a test run. Over the 4th of July weekend, we were so fortunate to have such amazing weather. Although the ground was still muddy, and pretty wet, there were parts of our yard that were just fine to bring out our picnic blanket.

The blanket is pretty neat. It's really large (60 in. x 80 in.) and is super lightweight. It's weighs only slightly over a pound. The material is 100% polar fleece, which makes it feel so soft, and really nice against your skin. The backing of the blanket is made of a waterproof cushion, which was perfect for us, because of the wet ground we had. The cushioned backing made for a nice comfortable sit, which was enjoyed by 4 little ones, and 3 adults.  The blanket also features a nice Velcro strip that fastens the blanket together making it easy to carry around. And speaking of carrying, it does have a handle at the top of the blanket, which makes it easy to transport.

I absolutely love keeping this in the black of my truck at ALL times. You never know when you want to make a spontaneous trip to the park, or to the beach. It does happen for us from time to time. Especially quick beach trips. I know that once this weather completely dries up, it'll make for the perfect summer accessory. The Wind Leverager Kite by Get Childish Review

I'm a huge fan of kites. I'm a big kid at heart, and everyone in my family knows it. It's been a few rough months down here in South Texas. The rain has been horrible since the beginning of spring, and to be honest, we lucked out tremendously with beautiful 4th of July weekend weather. Even through mud and slush, and a ton of mosquitoes, I knew I just had to let my Wind Leverager Kite take flight. I gathered the little ones, and took it out to my parents ranch. Once it went up in the air, I was instantly in love...

The wind leverager by Get Childish comes in a nylon carry case, which makes it easy to keep all the items together, and toss in your vehicle. In the carry case, is the extremely large kite, which has about a 6 ft. wing span, one resin rod that you place across the wings, and the string with attached handle.

To put your kite together, simply place the resin rod through the center loop, and across the wings. Anchor each end of the rod into their respective tubed holders. Attach the string to the front of the kite where the fabric loops are, and secure it tightly. Once you've put your kite together, you're ready to let it take flight.

This kite is made of a strong nylon fabric, which is far superior to other kites you find in stores. It's definitely hard to tear, so any crash landings could be saved by the fact that the material is so sturdy. The frame and center rod are all made of resin, which is far more sturdy that the fiber glass rods you find in other kites.

Overall, the ease of putting this kite together, the case to carry all your products in, and just how beautiful the kite is, makes this by far one of the best kites I've ever seen. I'm so excited to take this out to the local Kite Festival down by the beach. I'm looking forward to more great weather, less flooding, and damaging rains.
