I've been a huge fan of fish oil supplements for such a long time. I'm always looking for the ones that provide the most for me, in regards to the benefits I will feel.

Life & Food Omega-3 Supreme 1400 mg Fish Oil Concentrate Review & Giveaway

I've been on the search for a great Omega-3 supplement for a while now. My husband and I both purchase and take Omega-3, but I'm often left with a gross taste in my mouth, and I can not forget to mention the constant burping... Gross, I know, but it always happens. A gross fishy-tasting burp. If I'm leaving my house, I make sure NOT to take any, just so that I'm not left feeling uncomfortable around people, or just gross in general. Other Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplements have been larger capsules, but these were small, easy to swallow gel capsules. They have an enteric coat for maximum fatty-acid absorption that helps eliminate the fish-burps. What I have noticed though, is that I am still burping, only it's not fishy. So I'm comfortable with it, they aren't LOUD manly burps either, more of the quiet, to my self kind.
