I think it's safe to say that I've found the Biotin that is absolutely working for me. I'm 31 now, and I've only recently started growing my nails out. I'm a nail biter. My hair on the other hand, has always been long, and again with the age thing, I've noticed that it was thinning and shedding so much.

I've been on the search for a great Omega-3 supplement for a while now. My husband and I both purchase and take Omega-3, but I'm often left with a gross taste in my mouth, and I can not forget to mention the constant burping... Gross, I know, but it always happens.
