I've been on the search for a great Omega-3 supplement for a while now. My husband and I both purchase and take Omega-3, but I'm often left with a gross taste in my mouth, and I can not forget to mention the constant burping... Gross, I know, but it always happens. A gross fishy-tasting burp. If I'm leaving my house, I make sure NOT to take any, just so that I'm not left feeling uncomfortable around people, or just gross in general. What I have noticed though, is that I am still burping, only it's not fishy. So I'm comfortable with it, they aren't LOUD manly burps either, more of the quiet, to my self kind.
